Overcome Challenges in 10 Easy Steps

When you find yourself in a challenging situation, reject inner tendencies to view it as a problem. Instead, embrace the challenge, and then

rid yourself of it by asking yourself 10 simple questions and digging deep for the answers; your answers that are already inside, waiting to be revealed to you.

Use the following template as a guide for any challenge that comes your way.
1.    WHAT is the situation?

2.    WHY do I consider this situation challenging?

3.    WHAT do I plan to do about the situation?


4.    WHY did I choose this particular plan of action?


5.    HOW do I feel about my plan?


6.    WHY do I feel this way?


7.    WHAT do I want to do about the way I feel?


8.    WHY?


9.    WHAT do I want as the overall outcome?


10. WHY?


Your objective here is to reveal what’s inside in order to deal with the issue at hand. Were some of your answers “to do nothing”? If so, it’s ok. Doing nothing is a revealing answer, too.
Remember, this is your exercise, for your eyes only. No one will see them unless you want them to.
